1. Introduction

Welcome to money:care GmbH’s (”money:care”) Referral Program. By participating in the program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The program is designed to reward existing users ("Referrers") and newly referred individuals ("Referees") for promoting and using money:care’s video courses (”Impact Academy”).

2. Eligibility

• To be eligible for the Referral Program, users must be registered on money:care’s platform.

• Both Referrers and Referees must be at least 18 years of age.

• Referees can only input one referral code and invite up to 3 individuals.

3. Referral Code Generation

Upon registration, each user will receive a unique referral code. This code is accessible from the user’s profile and can be shared directly.

4. Using Referral Codes

Referees can enter a Referral Code in their profile which must be entered before making any purchases. The Referral Code field will disappear after successful entry of a valid code. Discounts apply automatically and are visible to users on their profile.

5. Rewards

• For each successful referral, the Referrer receives a predetermined reward of €10, which will be applied to the next purchase of the Impact Academy.

• Referees receive a one-time discount for the Impact Academy of €20 for successfully inputting a valid Referral Code into the Referral Code field.

• Rewards and discounts are subject to maximum limits set forth in these terms.

6. Limitations

• A maximum of 3 people can use a single user's referral code. After the usage of a code reaches its maximum, the code will become invalid for future referrals.

• A user can receive a maximum cumulative discount of €50 off.

• Referrers are prohibited from spamming potential Referees with their code.

7. Restrictions

Users must not post their referral code on public websites or use paid advertising to distribute the code. money:care reserves the right to determine the validity of referral claims and to deactivate or invalidate credits as necessary.

8. Termination and Change

money:care may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove discounts if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the money:care Terms and Conditions.

9. Communication

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to receive communications from us with regards to your participation.

10. Liability

money:care is not liable for any tax implications resulting from referral discounts. Referrers are not employees of money:care and should not represent themselves as such.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
